One-on-One Virtual Consultation to learn about Medical Group Visits and how you can offer them to your patients. We will discuss what your patients need, how we can use group visits to improve health outcomes and reduce loneliness. We will plan for your first practice Cohort with our Co-Facilitator by creating a timeline for connecting with potential patients, setting up billing, planning each session’s topics and creating metrics to track patient outcomes. We can also provide consulting on Lived Experience of Long Covid.
