What You'll Learn

Our approach encourages reflection as much as action. You’ll walk away not only with new techniques, but with a deeper understanding of how and why they work. The goal is to leave you with ideas and skills that feel clear, useful, and genuinely meaningful in your life.

Mindfulness Tools

Our Facilitators will lead meditations and mindfulness tools created or modified for those with fatigue, dysautonomia, physical ailments and other symptoms. Connection Tier has access to pre-recorded videos, Care Tier has a weekly live virtual session and Collaboration Tier has a daily live virtual session on weekdays.

Mediated Peer Support

In lieu of in-person peers that understand our illnesses, we often reach out to others on social media. Unfortunately, there is much misinformation and the internet is ripe with bots, trolls and simply wrong and dangerous health ‘tips.’ Our online chat server and support groups are Mediated for safety, clarity and information. We don’t allow anyone to diagnose or tell others what to do. We only share our personal experience.

Talk to Experts

We will provide webinars and Medical Group Visits with doctors, specialists and researchers for our Collaboration tier. Doctors spend much of their time saying the same thing to multiple patients minute after minute and day after day. Our aim is to reduce costs, time and energy for doctors while improving outcomes for patients and one way to do this is to provide opportunities for them to speak on general health and wellness and share experiences in a non-HIPPA environments. It’s picking expert brains on a more intimate environment then social media.

Meet and Greet

Research Library

Not only do we go to the internet for support in our isolation, we also go for information. Often, that information for caring for ourselves is disparate and difficult to understand, especially when you are struggling with neurological disorders. Our library strives to have the most up-to-date peer reviewed and easy to digest information for both doctors and patients which includes not only articles, links and videos, but also Templates of Care for higher tiers. Meet and Greet

From Our Clients

‘Yoko Morris, through Medical Group Visits and Support Groups, has helped me manage my energy budget to prevent falls, understand the stresses and frustrations of Long COVID, deal with them constructively, maintain healthy practices, and keep a positive outlook. I'd recommend using her services for your patients because of her kind, helpful demeanor, expertise and professionalism.’ -Jonathan S.

‘I've been living with Long COVID for 3 years —It has been an isolating and terribly life-altering experience, but Yoko has provided meaningful support through her Medical Group Visits and Support Groups. Her knowledge, encouragement, and ability to create a compassionate community have helped me cope with the challenges of this illness and feel less alone.’ -Deborah C

‘For me, the (group) visits gave me the gifts of not feeling alone, of knowing what others are thinking. They also helped me learn how to help the medical community understand Long Covid. The mindfulness techniques also allowed me to reduce the frustration with the all the other concerns in my life. We have the option to participate in the North Carolina Long Covid Support group where we learn new skills, for example, I learned how to communicate with medical insurance companies and governmental agencies.

Since getting this support I am no longer defined by my Long COVD Syndrome; but I’m Tina, who despite LC, has a bright future and lots of living to do!’ -Tina S

Many of us deal with these symptoms concurrently, and since the symptoms are chronic, mindfulness helps us deal with the all the different types of pain and injury the disease presents. … This disease is TOO debilitating to deal with alone.  And even if we don’t receive the care and attention we really need from healthcare writ large, having a small community, as we do through Medical Group Visits is a pearl beyond compare!!   - Gary A
